MAKING SENSE BY LIVING
-phenomenological exploration,
exploring phenomenology
phenomenon explored,
what is a phenomenon?
How to explore the phenomenon?
And how to experience a phenomena?
How to share a phenomena
in a phenomenological way?
As I set out to try explore how to explain phenomen-ology, I feel this suction in my tummy.... My throat tightens a bit -just at the middle. I feel my breath - my inner wind stills and the natural rhythm of ebb and flow simply isn´t working... my head feels numb. As my dogs proclaim they need attention, their voices act like knives in the ear channels... Not NOW I scream inside my head, but I´m not listening to my own words... my shoulders crunch towards my neck -not a muscle are allowed to release its tension. I´m supposed to perform! The distractions suddenly win my focus and take my attention back into my room... I feel my breath sail through me -in and out - in and out - ...
My dogs eyes are awakening love in me, deeply felt compassion... My soul is no longer contained in my body, its expanding... Im growing, and I sense my presence and response from Lilly´s expectations of attention from me... Im large and soft and cuddly, my electromagnetic field turns receptive....
WOOF, Barney pronounces! His deep tones hit the bottom of my pelvic floor, and where the surge sat earlier, I now have a punch! A sudden punch! In my minds eye, I see the autumn leaves from the forrest from yesterdays walk.... My nostrils open to their smell - the wet-yet-warmed-by-the-sun smell...
What was planned to be the first blog-post about phenomenology, showing how living through the senses creates the magic that so easily gets lost in everyday demands, ends as a walk in the forrest -the home of the earthly Soul, the Body, in which all senses are welcomed and awakened. The theory has to wait.... First we explore!
